we are only one week from thanksgiving and i am so excited!  i thought i would share one of my favorite family recipes:

my mom and i made loaves and loaves of this every year when i was growing up as thanksgiving gifts for family members, neighbors, family friends, and my teachers.  i always loved decorating the aluminum foil with stickers.  it is so delicious and SO easy!

directions:

- mix all ingredients until moistened
- place batter in 9x5x3 loaf pan
- bake for 60 minutes
