Easiest Pasta Salad Ever

Hope y'all are having as great of a weekend as we are!  I'll be back tomorrow to update on everything we've been up to, but in the mean time, I'm here to share my absolute favorite summer side dish: pasta salad.  Mike and I have been experimenting all summer with pasta salad dressings and combinations of olive oil, Italian dressings, different cheeses, etc.  Well, we found the best one and luckily for everyone, it's the easiest recipe yet...

Ingredients [Mike and I usually half everything and save half of the ingredients to make another salad a week later]:
- 1 box of bow tie pasta
- 8 ounce bottle of Newman's Own Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing
- vegetables of your choice [we used 1 broccoli floret, sliced carrots, and a can of black olives]
- fresh block parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Boil, drain, and rinse pasta.
2. Grate cheese to taste.  We use about 1/2 cup with a bit extra to sprinkle on top.
3. Combine everything and enjoy!**

**If you are not going to eat the salad right away, only add half of the dressing and 1/4 of the cheese.  When ready to serve, add the remaining dressing and cheese so it's not too dry.
