Wedding Wednesday: Honeymoon Booked!

Exciting news time on Wedding Wednesday: we finally booked our honeymoon!
Thanks for the awesome honeymoon or "Flitterwochen" piggy bank, Rebecca :)
We've been on two minimoons (NYC and Disney World) since the wedding, but with the big move and starting a new job only 3 months before the wedding, I just didn't want to push vacation time and planning too much until we were finally settled down here.  I spent weeks and weeks trying to find the perfect Caribbean destination, and the girl who didn't get worked up or overwhelmed once during wedding planning definitely met her match when it came to honeymoon/vacation planning.  I knew we wanted all-inclusive as well as a place we could play golf, but there are just SO MANY down there!  Well, after looking through lists and lists, I found Sandals Emerald Bay on Grand Exuma in the Bahamas.  The accommodations look fantastic, there are so many water sports, beaches, and great restaurants, but the moment I knew I didn't need to look any further was when I saw the words: "unlimited golf included."  We were SOLD!  Seriously, doesn't this place look beautiful?!

And guys, when I was Googling pictures for this post, one of the image suggestions was "Swimming Pigs."  If you know me, you know I love to pet and feed anything.  I make friends with any ducks I see, always want to pet any animal at a petting zoo, and just love all animals.  So, you KNOW, we will be going on the Ocean Safari to see the pigs!

Obviously, you can guess what I was doing all weekend... planning, planning, planning!
On another fun note, see those flowers in the photo above?? They're from an amazing company I just started working with called The Bouqs.  Slip that boyfriend/fiancee/husband of yours their link for Valentine's Day - you will not be disappointed :)

Now it's your turn! Share your own post with Macy and me for our weekly Wedding Wednesday linkup below:

That's so exciting! We are planning to do a minimoon as well, and then do a honeymoon for our 1 year anniversary. Traveling to where our families live and taking off time for work isn't going to work unfortunately. But that means more time honeymooning for our anniversary :) It looks like you are going to have SO much fun!!!
