As a sports fan, when I think of tailgating, I typically think of those cold fall mornings before football games and late nights of celebrating in the parking lot after a team win.  But apparently I've been missing out!  Y'all, summertime concert and festival tailgating is the best.  The weather is warm, everyone's excited, and there's no way your team will lose!
Charleston has an awesome summertime concert scene with some of the best outdoor venues.  I love rolling up in the truck, unpacking delicious food and drinks onto the tailgate, and laughing with friends until concert time.  Recently, I've been looking for new and inventive ways to spice up my favorite appetizer foods (as well as make them portable for fun events like this).  I've found the perfect solution with El Yucateco®, which is the #1 authentic habanero hot sauce.  Their varieties of sauces is fantastic, and each is hand-crafted to deliver just the right amount of spice.
All of the sauces are available at Publix, and you can even save $1.00 on any three bottles by downloading this coupon.
If that isn't enough, you can also get in the concert spirit with a weekly gift card giveaway.  El Yucateco® will now be available at select stadiums and The House of Blues, and since they are music lovers just like us, they want to give you the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime musical experience.  Enter below!

For my own music fest experience, I've taken one of my favorites, seven layer dip, and livened it up for the summer.
This dip is perfect with chips, and when made in its own individual dishes, it's perfect for mingling at the pre-concert tailgate.
Ingredients:
- 15 oz can of black beans (drained)
- 1 teaspoon El Yucateco® XXX Habanero Hot Sauce
- 2 avocados
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons El Yucateco® Green Habanero Hot Sauce
- juice from 1/2 lime
- sour cream
- salsa
- queso fresco
- sliced black olives
- El Yucateco® Red Habanero Hot Sauce
- tortilla chips

Directions:
1. Combine black beans and XXX Hot Sauce in a bowl and mix together with a potato masher.
2. In a separate bowl, make the guacamole by combining avocados, tomato, red onion, garlic, Green Habanero Hot Sauce, and lime juice.
3. Assemble the seven layer dips in individual two-ounce plastic containers starting with the spicy black beans.  On top of that, spread layers of sour cream, guacamole, salsa, crumbled queso fresco, black olives, and a dash of Red Habanero Hot Sauce.  Make sure that each layer is spread all the way to the edges so that they do not combine together down the sides of the cup.
4. Place lids on each cup to easily transport to your tailgate.
5. When you set up your party, take the lid off each cup and place a tortilla chip in each cup.
6. Serve the seven layer dip with your favorite beverage, fresh limes, and all three flavors of El Yucateco® to add even more delicious spice.
What are you celebrating this summer?  Are you headed to any concerts or music festivals?
