Apple Pie Push-Up Pops

Summer parties are my favorite: grab a few friends, some delicious food, and some lawn games (anyone else love Kan Jam?), and it's the best way to spend an afternoon.  Hot dogs, cheeseburgers, watermelon, corn-on-the-cob: so many picnic main dishes and sides are perfectly portable to keep playing even as you eat, but what about dessert?  My favorite all-American dessert has always been apple pie, so I've made it perfectly portable to enjoy without stopping your game of corn hole!
Ingredients:
- Marie Callender's® Apple Pie (includes 1 frozen pie and 1 topping mix)
- Reddi-wip®
- Push-up pop molds

Directions:
1. Bake pie according to package instructions at 400 degrees.
2. Remove pie from the oven when the edges are brown and the pie filling is bubbly.  Leave the oven at 400 degrees.
3. Scrape out the apple filling into a bowl.
4. Remove the pie crust from the pie plate and place in sections onto a cookie sheet.
5. Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other to further crisp the crust.
6. Crumble the crust into a separate bowl.
7. Into the push-up pop molds, layer crumbled crust, apple filling, Reddi-wip, apple filling, and crumble topping.

My favorite way to serve these delicious desserts is with the can of cold whipped cream nearby (and some sprinkles), so guests can top off their apple pie push-up pops!

Yum! My husband is a huge apple pie lover, so I think that he would probably insist on making these for the 4th of July!
