Las Vegas!

Coach training in Las Vegas was an amazing trip!  We arrived on Wednesday and had four great [and long] days of training, which included learning new life skill curricula as well as activity based golf games to bring back to Connecticut.

Meeting coaches from across the country was definitely a highlight, as well as visiting the strip!  There were actually only 6 of 39 coaches who were girls, so it was nice to bond with fellow ladies in the golf industry as well as spend time with my own Connecticut coworker and his coach friends outside the office.

...I pack a lot...

Wednesday: golf, team building, a banquet, and our first visit to the strip
Where we worked for the week

Thursday: lots of book work, a few outdoor activities, Joe's Crab Shack, and nighttime golf at the Callaway Golf Center with the girls

View from the course of the airport and the strip!

Friday: more indoor and outdoor learning, drinks and dinner with the gang
Using anything and everything for activities

Saturday: presenting our original lesson plans to Las Vegas chapter kids, training wrap up, golf at TPC Summerlin, and more time on the strip
So many activities and kids!

Look at all the rabbits!

Yes, that's a coyote... eating a duck. Welcome to nature...

I had another comment to make but I forgot it when I got to the coyote and duck picture. The poor duck!

Some really lovely courses! I have been setting up a ton of Las Vegas tee times recently and it really has been a great time. There is a lot to like out there
