May Means...

... flowers in bloom.

... windows open, kitties basking in the sun.

       ... and on the roof.

... baby birds.
We found these eggs in our parking lot at work - apparently a bird called a Kildeer is known for laying eggs in gravel and other open areas.

... fresh fruit and frozen coffee drinks.

... backyard fires.

... golf.

... and lots and lots of flowers.

The mutant pansies [that we thought were annuals...]

Hooray for May!  May in Connecticut finally means spring!

I love all the flower photos! My aunt had a rocky gravel driveway and every Spring a bird would lay her eggs in the driveway. I'm glad they're roped off and safe!

All the flowers are so gorgeous! That is crazy about the bird laying eggs on the ground... doesn't seem safe! Awesome that they roped it off.

I love May. Just not in Alaska. Because in Alaska, May looks like November. No flowers, no colors, just gray.

Lovely pictures. I wish that more flowers bloomed all year. It seems like they always remind people to stop and appreciate the simple things.
