Wedding Workouts

Every single wedding planning checklist I've found includes creating a fitness or workout routine.  Then I saw an article on The Knot about important things brides tend to overlook, and the one that struck me was their arms.  It really got me thinking that yeah, that I want some rockin' arms on my wedding day, for sure!  And while I'm at it, why not do some full body toning!  My MOH shared with me these fantastic 30-day challenges she's been doing with her coworkers.  Seriously, this girl is ripped, so I definitely knew I had to try them for myself.  I'm currently on day 20 and loving them!  I do all three together with a few minutes on the elliptical as a great nightly workout with an additional 2 nights a week of swimming to try and get in "wedding shape!"

I also add 15-20 seated triceps presses to the end of this workout

I recently just did this 30 day at home (well at the gym for me) crossfit challenge. I couldn't do it 30 days in a row but everytime I got to the gym I did the next day. It was a good workout - I'm thinking of starting it again.
