Minimoon Part 2: Disney World

Welcome back to Wedding Wednesday! I am so excited to share our weekend adventure with you today.  Living in South Carolina definitely has its perks (other than the fact that I'm not shoveling 3 feet of snow - oh hey, New England friends and family!).  We are less than 6 hours from Disney World, so this weekend, we headed down there for minimoon part 2.  To be honest, I think that no matter how late you go to Disney after you get married, that first post-wedding trip deserves two "...Happily Ever After" buttons and all of the congratulations you can get from the cast members :)
We went a little crazy and did all four parks in two days: Magic Kingdom and Epcot (and Downtown Disney) on Saturday and Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom on Sunday.  We hit all of the biggies (the new Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is awesome btw!), ate way too much, and even stopped to see a character in each park.  My favorite was definitely Buzz who told us to hold hands for the photo... I obviously had no idea what he was doing and messed it up... whoops haha!
RIP giant mouse ears /// most delicious Maleficent cake pop ever!
Now it's your turn! Share your own post with Macy and me for our weekly Wedding Wednesday linkup below:

I love this! Walker and I have been dying to get to Disney since we've been married, but it's just so darn expensive. Maybe next summer :)

PS - I blogged about wedding stuff by chance today and decided to link up! :)

LOVE IT!!!!! Disney is just the best! So wish we could have been there with you! Nick's sister was there celebrating her 25th birthday that same weekend! I'm considering a trip for my birthday in April, just an FYI in case you decide to make the trip down again ;) hehe

This looks like a blast. I keep telling Dave we need to go to Disney at some point after we get married. I want the Mickey ears with a veil!

I always wanted to go to Disney but Beardy says it wouldn't be as fun as going *enter other place here* so we haven't yet. I always wanted to meet the characters! Ha.

Ok so where have I been, I didn't realize you were going to Disney. How is it with all the changes? I'm kinda afraid to go because of them. Bye bye sorcerer hat :(

This place doesn’t have any 'i'm too cool and busy for you' bartenders. As per me, everyone at banquet halls in Chicago was nice, friendly, and helpful and they really seem to like their jobs there and that is important to me.

Love Disney!!! Wow I four parks in two days, now that's an adventure!! Love the pictures!! Can I link up to wedding Wednesday even though it's been almost six years since we've been married 😂

Disney is the best, best, best!! My brother works there so we honeymooned there and it was amazing---even more magical than it is usually. The Happily Ever After pins definitely help with that, you are right ;)
