High Five (for Lilly) on Friday

Hooray!  My sister-in-law and her boyfriend get here tonight to spend a long weekend with us.  I'm so excited to see them and show them some of our favorite sights, but I already warned her that Sunday morning, I will be up bright and early to book it to Target for the opening of the Lilly Pulitzer for Target collaboration.  In anticipation, here are the five things I'm most excited about.  I know not all of the collection will be available in the store (check out the full look book with notes under each item about where it will be available here), but I'm hoping to get a couple of fun finds on Sunday.  Here are five things I'm loving:
$34

$22.99

$30

$24

$20

Have you checked out the Lilly Pulitzer for Target line and will you be there bright and early on Sunday morning?  What's your favorite piece in the collaboration?

And lastly, because usually on Fridays I post about my week, here is the one exciting thing I did this week (and it shares the shopping theme!): on Tuesday, I went to a fantastic Charleston Blog Society event at Elizabeth Stuart Design, an amazing interior design shop in Charleston.  We enjoyed food from Tavern & Table, drinks from The Cocktail Bandits, and listened to the owner and founder of ESD, Muffie, talk all about her life and experience with design.  It was fantastic!

I'm so excited about Lilly at Target too! Those pineapple sandals must be mine. I'm a little nervous about how quickly everything will sell out. I guess we'll just have to see. ;)

So funny, the blog under you in my BL feed had the same picture for the Lily/Target launch first :) I love everything you picked out-- all of the bright colors and prints make me so happy! I'm wondering if everything will sell out like crazy like it often does for stuff like this.

I finally sat down and looked at the Lilly for Target stuff---so cute!

How was the food from Tavern and Table?! We've been talking and talking about going, and now that we are leaving next week we need to get on it and eat at some of these places.

I want to check out the maxi dresses. I bought one from Lilly last year on final sale, and it is so comfy.

The blog event looked like so much fun! So sad I missed it!
I will be going Sunday morning too so text me if you need me to grab anything at the one I'm at - my daughter and her friend going too so we will have a better chance of getting stuff, hopefully. I'm going after that same scarf! :)

I'm trying to convince myself that I don't want a romper. But they look so comfortable...sigh.
