Vacation Recap: North Florida

Yeah, whoops, going through photos to put on Facebook [yeah, can you see how much farther my FB is behind my blog... priorities, people!] and realized I never wrote about the final part of our vacation over a month ago!

Here's what I already recapped: runDisney's Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend, Walt Disney World, and West Palm/Up the East Coast.

The final leg of our Florida vacation loop took us to St. Augustine.  We stayed in the Sawgrass section of Ponte Vedra Beach, and spent the end of our vacation relaxing more than we did at the beginning.
Thursday we spent the day at the World Golf Village.  We visited my job's national office, played one of the two golf courses on site, perused the World Golf Hall of Fame, and even played mini golf on real greens.  We finished the night with drinks and appetizers in the hotel bar, along with some Thursday Night Football!

Friday we drove around Jacksonville Beach in the morning, played Sawgrass Country Club in the afternoon, and went to the St. Augustine outlets at night.  ...we might have even bought so much stuff that one of the stores is shipping it back to us in CT... whoops!
Saturday was spent at the resort: lounging at the pool and spa, playing ping pong and even more mini golf.
Super cool, too, was that the whole Arizona Cardinals football team was staying at our hotel!  It was the perfect last full day of vacation!

Looks like a very relaxing and enjoyable end to your vacation! :) I hope your stop at the corporate office was helpful for your future move down South! The perfect golf swing thing looks SO COOL!! I'm not even into golfing and I find that fascinating!

Wow what an absolutely amazing place! My brother recently moved to Florida and we will be visiting next year for his retirement party from the Air Force.
