Be My Freakin' Valentine: Reveal

I think you all know my love for swaps!  And I have to admit, there is a soft spot in my heart for Valentine's Day, like I said yesterday.  When I was in elementary school, one of the hardest decisions I had to make around this time of the year [aside from what to bring in 100 of for the 100th day of school celebration] was what Valentines to buy.  I don't remember all of them, but Lion King, Looney Tunes, and cats definitely stick out in my mind.

So, when Rima and Melissa offered this swap, I WAS THERE!

Their swap was also great because it involved a charitable component.  It's always fun to give to other bloggers, but giving to the American Heart Association was very meaningful.

This round-robin swap was so suspenseful because you really did have a secret admirer!

My Valentine was Leah over at Challenges Accepted.  You want to know something funny, we've known each other since we were 5 years old.  Yes, nearly 20 years!! What a coincidence - right??

I was so excited to get a package from her last week in the mail!  It was funny, because she used to work at a company with a lot of fun toys, and my roommates and I were lucky enough to be mailed many of them.  For that reason, my roommates usually know what it means when we get a package from her.  But I wasn't expecting anything this time around, so as soon as my roommate brought it to me, I just yelled out, "NO WAY!!!"

Here's what I got - she knows me so well!

I got everything you need to make some sweet Valentine's treats: cookie cutters, sprinkles, cupcake wrappers, a tin to put them in, as well as a few other fun extras!

So, just in case you didn't believe me about the 20 years thing... this was us in 2nd grade and this past fall!
Thank you for everything, Leah!

I also gave to Cindy at PurrinCup.  This was fun for me because we were swap partners for the New Years Bling Swap.  I loved shopping for her and tried to buy a combination of useful and fun stuff.  Here's a preview:
I found these little hearts at Target in the dollar aisle - how fun, right?
I hope you enjoyed your gift box, Cindy!
