repetitive cookies [cookies & cream cookies]

seriously, i know, the name sounds silly, but when i saw this recipe on six sisters, i fell in love!  i have been pretty down on myself lately about baking, nothing tastes like i want it to, and i tend to be really hard on myself about how things taste.  but these [sadly not my own recipe] were wonderful!

ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (4.2 ounce) package jell-o cookies 'n creme pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 15 oreo cookies (well, 14 were in a sleeve so i just used 14)

directions:

- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar
- stir in pudding mix then eggs and vanilla extract
- combine baking soda and flour in a separate bowl
- crush oreo cookies
- combine wet and dry mixes
- add oreos and chocolate chips
- drop spoonfuls of cookies onto greased cookie sheet and cook for about 9 minutes each until cookies have the slightest bit of brown on top.

realized i forgot to show the eggs in this... whoops!
dry mix; wet mix; crushed oreos; white chocolate chips to all get blended together
that's a lot of batter
it made a mountain of cookies

so, now i have a new mission, to create my own flavors of ice cream inspired cookies.  i'm thinking maybe some cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, or rocky road. any suggestions?

Love these cookies--they're so different! And I love how they're inspired by ice cream. I say try making mint chocolate chip cookies. Haven't seen a recipe for them yet, but I'm sure it would be quite do-able.
